This is the year of the Dog, according to the Chinese calendar. That means it's my year to find my very own family. I'm cute, affectionate, love to have long conversations, and a great cuddler. I like long walks at the park and car rides to the park. I'm well-mannered, know lots of commands and am obedient, house trained and crate trained. There is no need to crate me but, if you must, I'd love to have my favorite treat - peanut butter stuffed Kong. My foster mom has worked very hard to make me a social butterfly and I am not as shy as I was when I came here. I'm a little shy when I first meet someone but I warm up quickly if they have a treat. I can be a couch tater and watch movies with you all weekend or go for a run out and about. I love to sleep with my favorite person but I'm not a bed hog. I'll just curl up near you in a corner. Pillow fights are my favorite bedtime game and I really like belly rubs, too. Am I the girl for you?

Step 2: Our Lead Adoption Coordinator will contact you and confirm your application has been received (please use our

if you have not gotten a response within 7 days).
Step 3: After you have received confirmation from our Lead Adoption Coordinator, your application will then be forwarded to communicate with one of our Adoption Coordinators. The Adoption Coordinator is your point of contact during the adoption process,
Step 4: Once the Adoption Coordinator has finished processing your application, a volunteer will be selected to contact you to schedule a home visit. Home visits allow us to see where the dog will live, discuss any questions you have and review our adoption contract.
Step 5: Once the application process is completed, the adoption package goes to the board of directors for a 24 hour review.
